1837 hours (C) Message sent to Bde: The Bn CO LTC Mundie passed out. He has a doctor with him at this time.
1930 hours (C) Major Weedworth (Bde 55) arrived from Bde to assume command of the battalion in LTC Mundie\'s absence.

Unit Location: A Co (-) and B Co 1/35 at LZ Gloria
Summary: At 1445 hours SRP team 8 ( A/1-35) made contact with an unknown enemy size force while moving to this location grid 159730. Point of contact was at grid ZA 162727. Light organics (Mortars) and artillery was fired near grid 1574 as blocking fire. The casualty reports show 1 WIA from A Co 1/35. Individual was extracted by the rifle platoon 7/17 Cav at approximately 1800 hours.
