On May 7, 1970 the 2/35th left FSB Meradith and CA'd into Cambodia. The Fire support base for our stay there was FSB Conquest located at coordinates YA600400. After Action Reports describe the A/O as approximately 65 Km West of Pleiku in the Se San River Valley. FSB Conquest was used from May 7 through May 13, 1970 when the 2/35th came out of Cambodia.
