0735 hours (C) B Co to TOC S3: Co would like to know what redleg (artillery) support is available.

0800 hours (C) From B Co to TOC: 571 closed 57 (2nd plt).

0910 hours (C) From B Co to TOC: Request urgent Dust-Off for one litter patient (SFC Robert E. Freitas) injured in throat and arm by redleg fire. Dust-Off 62 ETA 20 minutes.

0930 hours (C) From B Co to TOC: Urgent Dust-Off is now KIA, also have one other wounded. KIA is from 2nd platoon and is line No. 8 June roster - cancelled Dust-Off.

1030 hours (C) From C Co to TOC: Have an individual in shock, sending him back with 11 to Med pad.

1128 hours (C) From 4.2 to TOC: 1st PZ.

1133 hours (C)1st LZ (LZ Kathy) for 4.2.

1340 hours (C) A Co to TOC: Cordon and Search report started 10:15, complete 13:15. Location Pleiku Tong ZA105345, 1 detained, 10 questioned, 5 vitamins given, negative med caps, 2 MI, 3 National Police.

1520 hours (C) C Company has 2 National Police, search started at 1100 hrs, search completed at 1145 hrs, 1 interrogator, 50 Med caps, negative vitamins. Will attain MI team when finished at A Company, Psyops Spoke 1 hour on horn. Aloha 16 picked up Chaplain at this time.

2100 hours (C) From Cpt. Bristo to Cpt. Smith - Will request 5 slicks, 1 set of guns and a loch for tomorrow, 22 June 69.

2123 hours (C) TOC to Bde: Passed all locations, TOC to B Co: 056436 LZ for their CA, 33 element back tomorrow at LZ.
