B Company moved from LZ Oasis by hook to LZ Lanetta for a C/A to LZ Marietta by slick, the move was completed by hook at 1234 hours, C/A compete from LZ Marietta to LZ Lanetta at 1636 hours LZ COLD. At 1930 hours Recon platoon at LZ Lanetta reported trip flares going off and they received 2 rounds of sniper fire. M-79 and small arms fire was employed, negative assessment of damage and there were no US casualties.
