C Battery (-) 7/15 artillery departed LZ Joan under the control of the 3rd Bde. B Company continued from LZ Joan to grid ZA195350 OPCON to 2/8 Inf. D Company continued from LZ Jean to grid ZA181303 OPCON to 2/8 Inf. A Company is preparing to evacuate LZ Jean and move to LZ Joan. C Company is preparing to evacuate LZ Vera and move to LZ Betty. Both radar at LZ Jean are preparing to move to parent unit 1 Dec. 68.

1205 hours (C) DELAYED ENTRY-1155 hours 30 Nov 68- At 1155 hours LTC Buckner informed us that it is Bde order NEGATIVE that tiger fatigues will be worn by anyone in the "CAN DO" Bn.

1445 hours (C) From Bde S-3 to the Bn S-3: Palns for Bn's as of now; Evac LZ Jean, Mary S, Jean by 2 Dec 68, also Evac Laura, Linda, Puma, continue to occupy Joan, Karen, Betty, Sharmaine, Plei Djerang. LZ Mary S by today, plt which will finish the Evac tomorrow. A 5/16 arty move from LZ Vera to Rock Quarry, remainder of 3/8 move to Oasis from LZ Vera, C Co move to and occupy Betty, A Co move from Jean to Joan and Evac Jean by tomorrow night, Co now on Betty will move move to the Oasis. On 2-3 Dec operation north of Thanh Nanh will end, 1 Co from 2/8 will move to Joan and 1 Co from 2/8 will move to the FSB NW of Plei Djerang.
