The 35th Infantry Regiment Association salutes our fallen brother, Gordon Lorenzo Odell, who died in the service of his country on May 18th, 1952 in Korea. The cause of death was listed as Pulmonary Infection. At the time of his death Gordon was 21 years of age. He was from Williamston, Michigan.

Comments: Private First Class Odell was a member of the U.S. Army serving in Korea. He died of other causes on May 18, 1952. Comment by Cloyce Odell: I went to school with Gordon Odell in Williamston, Michigan from 1937 thru 1945. At that time he moved with his family to Glendale, California. He was inducted into the army in February, 1950, and sent to Korea with the infantry in July, 1951. Gordon died May 18,1952 in an army hospital of a pulmonary infection. He had expected to return home on rotation in June, 1952. Gone but not forgotten...
