The 35th Infantry Regiment Association salutes our fallen brother, SGT Jake Edward Dale, 34191008, who died in the service of his country on April 22nd, 1945 in Luzon, The Philippines. The cause of death was listed as KIA-DOW. At the time of his death Jake was 25 years of age. He was from Turtletown, Tennessee.

The decorations earned by SGT Jake Edward Dale include: the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart, the Asiatic-Pacific Service Medal, and the World War II Victory Medal.
