The 35th Infantry Regiment Association salutes our fallen brother, PVT George Joseph Posorske, who died in the service of his country on June 14th, 1945 in Luzon. The cause of death was listed as KIA. At the time of his death George was 27 years of age. He was from Berlin, Wisconsin.

The decorations earned by PVT George Joseph Posorske include: the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart, the Asiatic-Pacific Service Medal, and the World War II Victory Medal.

George's photo was obtained from Alice Posorksi. She is the widow of George's eldest son, who was seven years old at the time of his father's death.
