The cause of death was listed as Captured-Died as POW. At the time of his death Harry was 18 years of age. He was from Mountain City, Tennessee. Harry's Military Occupation Specialty was 4745-Light Weapons Infantryman.

Harry was an African-American and is thought to have died at POW Camp #5.
